My friend and I stayed in the deluxe double room cor three days. The room was huge and the location was very central right in the old town with McDonalds, Burger King, tram/bus stops, and tons of shops nearby. The Mermerli beach is within walking distance (although paid), and the Konyaalti beach is one bus ride (25-30 mins) away, so that’s a plus too.
The bathroom (especially the toilet) was a bit unclean with rust and dirt inside that couldn’t be washed off. The lighting was dim, and the receptionist was almost never available to help with anything. Their timings are supposedly 11-7 which isn’t very handy but even then, they were never there.

The location is great, the staff, especially the cleaning lady was very nice, she helped us with laundry. The view from the window is beautiful and peaceful
The room definitely needs renovation. The shower cabin is leaking. And the idea that you may get fined for forgetting to turn off the light is something new to me.
