Great location, easy walk to the beach. Even carrying chairs was not bad - just had to cross two streets and your there. Close to the Neptune statue and plenty of shops and restaurants.
Battled some ants in the kitchen. Not that big of a deal but had to keep in mind when cooking and what you had out. Also needed some more hooks for towels and stuff - bring a drying rack with you.

Location
Convenience and amenities
There were ants in the kitchen that we had to battle, but it’s understandable given the time of year

They had everything we needed as far as cooking cleaning
Cleaning this out, the place was not great. There was hair on the pillow hair on the floor in the sink in the master bedroom have a damage door that had a hole in it in front of the washer and dried floor was off balance you could fall in the bathroom downstairs to handle was broke. Could use some updated mattress. They were not comfortable.

Location was great. Close to the boardwalk and activities.
Sofa recliner broken, living room TV shorted out, upstairs floor was buckled and floor tile was loose in front of the tub.
