Magical! it's located in the middle of nature right by the river. The suite was amazing, so big and comfy. The view was amazing, breakfast was very good and also dinner at the hotel. Irena the waitress was very attentive and nice.
The hotel has great recommendations for rafting and activities to do in the area.
There's no ATM on site which is a bit limiting.
When ordering room service you need to call the restaurant and then the bar and then they tell you to go to reception, a whole hussle to just order cocktails and desserts, but that's just nitpicking.

We told them we were celebrating a milestone birthday on this trip and they surprised us with a very beautiful room setup and balloons!they helped us with an issue at the airport and the river and room were fantastic and very special. Breakfast was excellent!
The restaurant options were a bit limited at dinner time.
