Location is absolutely amazing, the view of the city and water. I woke up with the view for breakfast. I enjoyed being able to walk into downtown within minutes. All restaurants in walking distance.
The owners responded to any questions within minutes. Room is clean and perfect for few nights.
Honestly no complaints. The only downside is there being a major road right in front of the apartment but I think this would be true with any of the roads going in out and city.

Located 170-ish steps above the walls (and airport shuttle drop-off), the window / balcony offer a clear view over the rooftops of Dubrovnik’s Old Town to the Adriatic. Clean, updated studio apartment with efficient A/C. A 4-minute, flat walk to the cable car station (and airport shuttle pick-up).

The view and the location were really good. Having breakfast in the balcony was a great start of the day.
The facts that we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours, allowed us to check the city one last time before our flight - a thank you to the parents of the owner that helped us with that.
Our room was right next to the street, which allowed the great view, but also invited the road noise in. It’s not a too crowded street, but if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep it can be difficult. Also the walls are thin so you will hear noise from the other rooms.
You need to be mindful to turn on the water heater otherwise you will end up with cold water mid showering.

Wonderful view of Dubrovnik and the harbour.
Good location for visiting the city.
Bathroom had a good shower.
Very basic accommodation.
The fridge was so cold, it froze the tomatoes and nectarines.
There was no light on the stairs when you came back at night.
It did rain one night making the stair quite treacherous.

"Balcon avec vue imprenable sur la ville, le port et Lokrum.
A 5 min de l’entrée de la citadelle.
Le propriétaire nous a organisé le transfert aller-retour aéroport-Dubrovnik . Tout était parfait."
