For us the location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping area and slightly away from the nightlife so couldn’t hear it in the nights. Staff were very helpful with any of our needs or requests. Hotel was very clean. Cafe does very nice smoothies and which were very cheap.

Staff were very helpful. The one English speaking staff member that we met was very good and helped us out loads. Clean rooms and very good location. Nice walk up the side of the river to get to the slightly busier area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, both the reception and the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious, with a large shower and a comfortable bed. The internet worked flawlessly. An additional advantage is the gym and sauna — it was my first time in a Korean sauna, and it was a really interesting experience.

The location was great, next to a lot of eateries. The staff was amazing; very helpful and attentive to all of our needs
Spent days without hot water, only had it on our first day (did not bring this up to the staff). Rooms did not include a table and chair(s), no microwave. Only one elevator serving the clients and staff.
