Environment, hotel vibe, coziness. Many nice restaurants nearby, walking distance. Very breezy hotel restaurant.
I missed a chair and a small desk on the run of the house room. Nothing big but would've helped with laptop/work. In the morning there were pretty loud voices/talking, quite early, maybe the room cleaning staff.

Location.
The breakfast food was good, but the service was very slow and took up far too much of our time. The staff working at the café seemed a little disorganized and slow, so we stopped having breakfast there after the first few days of our stay.
In addition, the place had a serious cockroach problem. I had to deal with five cockroaches during our one-week stay.
It was also difficult to find parking near the property.
