Told when I booked it was our wedding night but our 1st room had 2 single beds till I complained they then charched me a extra 30 to change rooms to queen bed

Central location, nice and comfortable

Only one blanket on the bed insufficient in Winter. No extra ones provided.

Great location for city exploring, near to the shops, however the hotel itself is very tired and screams for some attention. The staff are friendly and the bedding/towels were clean. Safe and locked at all times.

Everything used up, outdated or falling apart. Old and dusty bed frame, poor mattress and very basic pillow, stained and not functional curtains, with all the street lights coming through at night, dirty walls, falling apart furniture. Taps in the bathroom barely functioning, super old system of separate hot and cold water taps that I struggled closing properly, shower edges dirty due to low maintenance and age. Ripped carpets on the main stairs leading to upper level are a trip hazard, although there is an elevator available. I didn’t use it because of the smell when entering it. I was very cold the first night, but the staff kindly handed me additional blanket.
