The location and peacefulness of Leys Barn is excellent, though be prepared to drive to the nearest amenities. You are in the countryside after all. Tesco in Royston is the nearest supermarket. The host was excellent and made us very welcome. We would stay there again.
The decor could do with an update (especially the kitchen and bathrooms.) We found the double bed mattress somewhat springy (but then we are fussy sleepers...)
