Hi all! The experience in Hikks Villa was excellent from the moment we popped in the house, the place was clean, well decorated and has everything you need. The front view to the beach is unique. I would stand out its service and peaceful atmosphere. Thank you team!

The location is amazing and if you are looking for a stunning ocean view- that’s the place. Staff is friendly & helpful as everywhere in Sri Lanka.
Property needs few fixes- shower in one of the rooms doesn’t have hot water, sun beds are old and some broken, but over all it’s fine & comfortable enough.

The location, beachfront was excellent.
Danushka was very hospitable, welcoming and helpful.
Access was easy.
Plenty of towels were made available.
The condition of the property is poor overall. Leaking ceiling meant that power points were not useable in some cases.
Mould on walls was observed and overall cleanliness could be improved.
