8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Good studio and great location for a stay in Nice. Very close to the beach and old town, and close to the main station and supermarkets. Could be improved with some more basic amenities i.e. shower gel, kitchen roll, coffee pods. Also no washing machine so bear that in mind. We had a few issues but the hosts were good at resolving them quickly.

The owner of the apartment is a genius hahato me, every corner had its own story and kudos to the architect...I would not recommend it to people who are larger because it will be difficult for them to go to the bathroom and use the shower.the kitchen is perfect! We stayed for 8 nights and we literally couldn't get rid of the mosquitoes, that's the only thing that bothered us..we got more than 10 bites each of us hahaThe location is the best, you are in the center and yet there is no noise.. I would come again!

This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the beach and shops. However, I would not recommend this for a stay longer than 2 days. The apartment is very small (shower is very tiny, and toilet area as well). The host only gave one set of towels for our entire week stay which is unacceptable given there is no washer or dryer in the unit.
