Beautiful apartment in an excellent location with panoramic views from both terraces. The property has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is equipped with everything you might need on holiday. Charming hospitable owner who has pride in his property. I am sure we will return.

We arrived in Mojacar quite late in the evening and Gines gave us a warm welcome, guiding us to the house. The location of Casa Baja could not have been better - next to a Pizza restaurant and very close to 'The Pavana' bar and bus stop. Everything inside Casa Baja was clean and very welcoming. Fresh lovely flowers greeted us on the coffee table. The crisp white bed linen and lovely soft towels in the bedroom made also a good impression on us. Gines was very thoughtful by providing us with everything we would need for our breakfast next morning, plus juice oranges and lemons. We were very impressed with his generosity, because there was also a bottle of Cava in the fridge for a romantic ‘sun downer’ on the terrace. We stayed for a week and the time flew past with all the walking and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay in Casa Baja and would recommend this apartment to our friends or relatives at any time.
