Almost Heaven – Spacious Gulf-Front Condo with Incredible Views
Condo nouvellement ajouté. Bienvenue à Almost Heaven, l'un de nos nouveaux condos, situé au 13e étage de Beach Colony East. Ce grand condo de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain offre 1750 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et un grand balcon où vous pourrez profiter de la vue magnifique sur le golfe. Tapis berbère partout, il y a une télévision à écran plat de 50 "dans le salon. Cette unité peut accueillir 8, avec la chambre principale avec un lit queen, TV écran plat 32 ", accès au balcon avant du golfe et une salle de bain avec une baignoire, une douche à l'italienne et une double vasque. Il y a une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, l'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Cette chambre a accès à la salle de bain, donc si vous vouliez en faire une suite, c'est possible. Les deux chambres disposent également d'une télévision à écran plat. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. La plage de Navarre vous offre des vacances inoubliables avec les eaux émeraude et les kilomètres de plage de sable blanc comme nous sommes connus. Nice location and beautiful view but the baths and showers need to be cleaned better. The tv remotes barely work and it’s hard to get the tvs to work properly. There really needs to be instructions on which remotes to use and how to use them. We spent hours getting the tvs to work. There is no WiFi that we could find from the condo. There is a sign that says connect to an unsecured network but there were no unsecured networks to connect to during our stay. There was mildew in all the showers and in the jacuzzi tub. I spent hours cleaning the showers before I would allow my family to use them. There is no condiments, no extra items left in the condo other than dish liquid and washer pouch. It surprised me there were absolutely no extras, no salt/peoper or condiments of any kind in the kitchen. There was plenty of cooking utensils to cook though. My elderly father was unable to go on the balcony due to a huge sliding door threshold step his walker or wheelchair were unable to go over. There were no discharge instructions so check out was a little confusing other than 10am. Other than that the condo was roomy and accommodated my family of 8 nicely. The pool and grill areas are nice and the Beach Colony staff was very kind and hardworking. Navarre Beach was beautiful!

This is the second time staying in this condo. It seems that they are not keeping their amenities updated. The jacuzzi tub in the master still doesn't work and now the automatic icemaker no longer works. Although they weren't listed, it makes you think that the property is not maintained well.
Although it appears they put new vinyl flooring in the living area instead of carpet throughout.
We came during April and some extremely stormy weather. Didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to high winds and all furniture was inside the condo. No mention of weather, etc from property manager upon check-in. Still spent time on the glorious beach.
May have to look at another place
