Lovely, comfortable apartment in an extremely quiet complex. Parking provided. Aldi downstairs for convenience. The winter afternoon sun coming in the window was just beautiful.
Toiletries supplied are hotel level- tiny soap, laundry detergent sachet etc, not enough for a week so BYO.
No cafes nearby- walk one block through to funky Carlisle St where everything is.

The location was fantastic, with great cafes nearby and close to the tram into the CBD. The unit provided everything we needed and it was great that the kitchen had a few things, like oil, that it is a pain to have to buy to only use once.
Nothing of note.
