The location was wonderful, the room was clean. The view from the room was wonderful. The room was cozy and clean.

1. There was a horrible stink coming from the bathroom. 2. The spa hours were not consistent - it said to be open from 9 but we came at 12 and the jacuzzi was cold and the sauna turned off. 3. We asked the manager to replace our towels but she refused - and said she won't replace them because we took them to the spa outside the hotel, she offered us to replace for 5 bgn for towel but we refused and stayed with soaking wet towels. 4. The bathroom was freezing cold, so the towels never dryed. 5. There was no room service, the towels were not replaced and the room was not cleaned.
