The property is dated but quite nice. The front door lock is tricky but my better half quickly got it open. I suggest that you use the guest bathroom rather than the main for better water pressure and make the most of all the windows and the views. The fireplace is wonderful. The Master Bed is soft but honestly, its big enough that you will find a way to be comfortable should soft not be your thing. There are two other beds in other rooms but I can speak to mattress firmness on either. You will hunt around a bit to find all of the thermostats (1 per room) but it warms up quickly once you have. You get a private garage and there is a standard plug in the wall if you have a portable level 1 charger.

As mentioned, the condo is somewhat dated and it is on the third floor. A train did roll by somewhere in the distance at some point but frankly I found that quaint. I can't imagine a family not enjoying it and if you are a couple its spacious as well as cozy.

We had a great time at the apartment! It's clean, well maintained with large shared space and large rooms. It's about 8min drive to winter park sky resort and 4 to the shopping area. The host was very friendly and helped promptly when we contacted them, highly recommended! The garage is very convenient on windy and snowy days!

The apartment is on the top floor with great view however could be challenging for people with disabilities.

Love the layout, location and Sauna.

Microwave wasn’t working but they were planning to fix that. Not a big deal on that end of things.

The furniture in the living room is beat up and uncomfortable. Looks like the microwave has been out for some time and all there is, is a note “ sorry for the inconvenience “ they ask you to take your trash out when you leave. Never have I been asked to take the trash out. For the cost per night… 3 flights of stairs I may have missed this when booking but should be more transparent in the add for this unit.
