The decorations were nice. The Wi-Fi stayed on. The pots and pans were exactly what we needed.

The king size bed room had dirty sheets and top bedding. I provided pictures. I rented the unit for seven days and the vacasa only provided three days of cleaning supplies. As a renter, it is very hard to buy only four days worth of extra cleaning supplies for Casa got to keep all of my extra supplies. I also asked for extra supplies to be brought to my unit so I could keep the unit clean. I also asked for a blow drier to be brought for the week. It was a definite NO. The air conditioner broke for two days. Finally, they sent out a technician to fix it. I was offered no discount or way to make it up to me with 2 days with no AC IN HILTON HEAD SC. IN AUGUST!! the technician was great, but it was difficult to deal with Vacasa. I have many pictures to show my details.
