Cleanliness, excellent location, and fantastic communication with the host. I come to Trieste 4–5 times a year and have stayed in many different places, but I will definitely be coming back here. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

The modern design.
Trying hard not to be negative but the extraction fan in the bathroom only stayed on for about 3 seconds and there is no other ventilation system. I expect that this could be put right quite easily.

Beautifully designed renovation. Very good air conditioning. Very quiet for such a central location (with double glazed windows closed).
Shower head sprayed water over the top of the glass screen.

Position in city and the style of the property
Air conditioning made strange noises during the night and had to turn it off
