Fantastic location, very friendly customer service online.
Having to pay extra for parking when there was a huge parking space in the back of the building.

It was cold during winter. If you wanted extra cleaning mid-stay you had to pay extra. They did not work with us to refund a room we didn’t need, so we unfortunately paid double.
