Alojamiento correcto y con equipamiento para pasar un par de noches cerca de la estación de bus.

Falta de información para acceder al alojamiento, sólo describían el nombre de la calle, ni número, ni piso, ni puerta...pero eso sí, tú tenías que poner muchos datos para poder acceder al código que abría las puertas, que siempre era desde el móvil por lo que tenías que tener siempre internet y batería. Al solicitar esta información al anfitrión, responde de mala gana únicamente a lo que le preguntas aunque te vea un poco perdido. Cero recomendable para personas mayores o que no se manejen bien con las tecnologías. Dicen que dejan un par de cápsulas de café en el alojamiento como cortesía para que pruebes y luego no había ni agua.

Apartamento amplio y bien equipado

La comunicación con el personal, aun habiendo avisado con antelación de que el desbloqueo de puertas no aparecia porque me pedía pagar de nuevo el apartamento tuvimos que estar muy encima hasta justo la hora de plantarnos en el portal del apartamento. La persona que respondió al teléfono un poco desagradable diciendo que tenía 240 pisos para atender.....si es así, deberían de hacer previsión, pues a algunas personas les gusta ir con todo confirmado y bien asegurado, a los mensajes previos tampoco contestaron, es decir, incertidumbre hasta el mismo momento de llegada.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and modern, with a lovely view over the town. The living and dining area is comfortable, the kitchen is large and well designed, and the terrace is a real plus.

However, the communication and management of the apartment were disappointing. Communication was almost entirely through an automated system, and when I sent specific questions, the responses were often simply “sí” or “ok”, without actually answering the question. For example, when I asked whether there were towels, I received “sí”, but when I then asked where they were, I received no answer. I also explained that I had two consecutive bookings for the same apartment, but on the second day someone arrived at the apartment expecting me to leave, which suggested that this information had not been properly communicated to the people managing the property. The apartment was also not adequately stocked for four guests. There were only two bath towels and one hand towel for four people. There was no sponge for washing up, the salt and pepper pots were empty, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. One of the shower doors also did not close properly.
