Appartement de 2 chambres avec une terrasse ensoleillée privée sur le toit et un balcon avant orienté sud, donc idéal en hiver. Le WIFI est disponible. Il y a amplement d'espace pour le stationnement et est à distance de marche ou en voiture pour un certain nombre de plages locales. La célèbre Mar Menor (ou petite mer) est à environ 25 minutes à pied (3 minutes en voiture). C'est un endroit fantastique pour les sports nautiques, la baignade et les bonnes plages, il n'y a pas de marées donc très très sûr pour la baignade et est beaucoup plus chaud que la mer. Il y a aussi de belles plages de sable à Lo Pagan. La zone est très plate, elle est donc parfaite pour le vélo ou la marche. Très proche du parc national de San Pedro Las Salinas, une réserve naturelle préservée qui est un favori des ornithologues! La ville locale est à environ 15 minutes à pied et l'autoroute est à environ 1,5 km. L'aéroport local (San Javier) est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture et est très facile à trouver depuis / vers l'appartement. Il y a un service de bus régulier vers les villes voisines pour les non-conducteurs, et la gare routière est à seulement 10 minutes à pied.

Check-in well organised. Apartment well-equipped & comfortable. Kitchen facilities more than adequate, with large fridge-freezer & washing machine. Adequate table & chairs on balcony & inside. Brilliant AC & Fans in lounge & double bedroom that we used. Adequate & covenient parking adjacent to the apartment. Bonus was a very friendly resident neighbour. Another bonus was a convenient dog exercising park area at the bottom of the street. Would definitely stay there again if we returned to the area.

We stayed at Anita’s apartment for a short break if 16 days.
The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything one needs, well equipped for all needs (a home from home ) it’s placed in what we think is an ideal location having great weather but also in a quiet location, ideal to get away and relax in the sunshine !
Anita is a very helpful host and always replies to any queries in a timely manner. Love it and would recommend

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped in every way. The aircon only when needed was a big plus.
We stayed in Sept / Oct which was much cooler. WiFi may need updating

Recently stayed for a week, the four of us including two teenage boys and we all had a lovely time. The apartment was very clean and Pete and Sue couldn't have been more helpful. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. We had everything we needed. Pool was a lovely temperature and it was nice and clean. Fantastic Lidl's just up the road, we went every day!
The apartment is located within a residential area with three eating places very close by (Italian was our favourite). We knew this before we got there so we had a car to travel to others, good job we did as biking would have been far too hot for us (was early 30 degrees every day). The apartment is an ideal base if you wish to travel to Cartegena and Murcia, both about 45 mins by car. Local resorts of Lo Pagan and Torre de la Horadada are lovely too.
Loved sitting on the roof terrace at night, seeing the stars and air con was brilliant!
