The host family were super helpful and made our stay great. It was great as a family of four to have our own space that was a short work from cafes and the beach.
It was a little loud with trains going past early morning (who are not shy about using their horns) but you get this for most towns in south when you stay near to the beach.

Avendra was a lovely host and we enjoyed our stay in her peaceful villa. It was nice to have our own space including a sofa and outside seating area. We also were able to wash our clothes which was great. Location is convenient for Weligama beach and not far from Mirissa
