The pool is private, The ninth floor patios have an excellent view, the gym has everything needed and the staff is very attentive. The house cleaners did an incredible job.
There was nothing I did not like about the property. They even have a dedicated tuk tuk driver that is available 24 hours which was the best part of the trip and most convenient for my business.

The staff members here are very friendly and helpful and the locations, the atmosphere. The food was all very good. This would be our first choice in Cambodia
I know it may be difficult to keep the lobby cooler in warm weather but other than that no complaints

Our room was simple and clean. The hotel itself was clean and well presented.
We found the staff a little Under whelming, some may consider them rude.
