Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, By Hyatt

I opted out of breakfast so cannot comment. Every luxury one could need is addressed. Every detail is perfect. The grounds are meticulously groomed but still natural beauty surroundings. Koi ponds and tropical flowers everywhere. Magnificent ocean pool and lagoon pool. Third pool also lovely but I chose the other two. Beach is spotless as groundskeepers rake it. Note: I was booked elsewhere, but upon arriving to discover a huge convention at the first hotel, the staff there helped secure a garden room at andaz for me. I knew very little about andaz other than the staff at the first resort assured me andaz would meet my need for quiet and seclusion. They were correct. I was completely delighted with andaz. The garden room was beautifully appointed with elegant Thai interior design.

I prefer adult only swimming pool and common areas. As quiet as this beautiful resort is, children were disruptive to me, but I credit andaz for the exceptional facilities they have on property for kids. Just not my thing.

Total luxury, highly exclusive in a wonderful set-up. Loved the greenery across the property, the lovely settings with traditional buildings, water flows and private outside seatings. Staff provided the best service that one can imagine.

Excellent!! Room is spacious with walking wardrobe and big bathroom! A bit drive to Pattaya, but the hotel is so wonderful you would hardly need to go to town.!!

even if I think hard, I cannot find anything to complain.!!
