I stayed at Sunset Jeddah for a week, and I have to give special recognition to Shahab Ahmed. From the moment I arrived, Shahab was nothing short of amazing. Always smiling, always welcoming, always ready to help. I used to joke that from sunrise to sunset, Shahab was smiling! He has such a warm and genuine personality that he completely changed the experience of staying at the hotel. Hotels can have beautiful rooms and great facilities, but what really makes you want to return is how people make you feel. Shahab made me feel completely at home. By the end of my stay, Sunset no longer felt like just another hotel in Jeddah. It became somewhere I knew I would happily return to, largely because of the hospitality and warmth I received from Shahab. There is simply no better place to stay than somewhere you are made to feel at home. Thank you, Shahab Ahmed. You are an incredible ambassador for Sunset Jeddah, and I genuinely look forward to coming back!

I came back to Sunset Jeddah in September for just one night while connecting between flights, and there was a very simple reason I chose to return: my previous experience here, especially the hospitality of Shahab Ahmed. After spending a week here in August and being made to feel so welcome, choosing Sunset again was easy. Shahab has an exceptional personality. Warm, positive, helpful and always smiling. He has that rare ability to make a guest feel less like someone staying at a hotel and more like someone coming back home. Even though this stay was only for one day, it confirmed exactly why I returned. And I will be back again in just a few days! Thank you once again, Shahab. Sunset Jeddah has definitely become my home whenever I am in Jeddah. Some hotels earn repeat customers because of their rooms or location. Sunset earned mine because of how I was treated.
