I found myself in a Vrbo rental that I had to flee, and Donna helped me to secure a room at this hotel for the remainder of my stay in Lancaster. She was so empathetic and helpful! All of the employees I interacted with were fantastic.
Parking lot is extremely well lit if you’re leaving or arriving after dark. There are quite a few luggage carts, so it’s easy to unload or load without having to wait. The location is very convenient with many attractions and restaurants nearby, many within walking distance. I recommend driving about 3 minutes to the Route 30 Diner just east of route 896; it’s a true vintage diner with delicious options made from scratch.
If you love to support local businesses, there’s a large store called Artisan Mill right behind the hotel. It’s full of locally-made jewelry, jams, home decor, and so much more. (Not tacky souvenirs—trust me and check it out! There are probably 100 vendors.)
Kudos again to Donna for helping me to find a safe place to stay!

The location of the hotel. Near the mall and restaurants where we could walk to them. This was my first time staying at this location. I have used others but I think I will make this my main stay from now on.

A great basic hotel. Very clean and simple modern. Not fancy so the price wasn’t bad. Pool is nice. Breakfast is good. Would definitely stay again!

We had a first floor room with a door right to the pool so that was nice. The breakfast could have been better! Location was great and the price was right!
