Staff is unprofessional I will tell you my experience... I was there for temple darshan in the morning I ordered tea for me and my family at room the bearer provided the hot tea in a paper/cardboard glass which was very low on quality and was full of tea he handed it directly in my hands, as the tea was really hot I couldn't handle it with my bare hands and due to low quality paper cups it spilled on my hands and I got my hands burned and some tea spilled on to the bedsheet I told the bearer why couldn't he bring the such hot tea in a proper cup??? For which he told they give it in paper cups only the reason it spilled on the bed was coz of low quality cups and my hands got burned bcoz of this We left the property then after 1 hour the reception person called and asked me to pay Rs 300 for spilling of tea on bedsheet I told him the story but he was really rude and told that just pay 300 rupees as his bedsheet has tea spilled on it and I didn't report it on the reception I feel that it was really unprofessional on the part of the receptionist to not to listen to my concern about burnt hand and it was not a matter of 300 rupees it was just accepting that it was a mistake from there side also for keeping such a low quality cups for hot serving hot tea that too directly handing it to a person's hand I bet no one would be able to handle such a hot tea on a low quality paper glass At the end I payed the amount but I have decided not to stay at this property in future and also ask all my family and friends not to stay at this property
