Motel 6 Kissimmee, FL - Orlando

Was incredibly relaxing, A/C worked great, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Don't really need any hotels with gift shops or anything like that, Motel 6 filled my needs and is close to a lot of restaurants. Will definitely go back.

After just two days in the room ivy banged on the door for a room check not sure why but something about a random room check. The room wasn't destroyed or anything but clearly unprofessional when she said all looks good but sweep up your floor in the room. We can work with that. What you mean we can work with that... I've done nothing wrong only two days in the room also cockroachs are seriously bad in this room. The air conditioner in the room doesn't have the proper filters for the air conditioner so it doesn't work properly. As always with the rude manager ivy who thinks she is better then anyone and everyone else. They do have an amazing front desk staff Marryann and Ashley thank you two. Those two ladies make this motel 6 the best hotel. Maybe it's time to change out ivy and place her into house keeping since that's her expertise cause customer service management isn't it for sure.

So I like the staff such as the amazing cheerful front desk staff. Shout out to Marryann and Ashley and Ryan keep up with what you do cause you make this hotel amazing. I didn't really care for Ivy the manager very cold not friendly and walks around this property as if she is better then everyone else. Also not sure what she dose here she doesn't carry a name tag on or any kinda shirt letting people know who she is but always barking orders to the guest.bi had to ask her what her name was she said Ivy and why do you need to know she said. First off cause I couldn't tell if you were another guest trying to tell people what to do. Everyone else at least weres a name badge. Very very rude as if she is working some holiday Hilton inn and a high end resort. Wait never mind those resorts have better customer service. Ivy needs manager re training and maybe your dress code Manuel. If I can't tell you work here or what you really do here then your just another karren. Not impressed with ivy maybe time for a new manager who knows how to treat her guest properly cause if nobody stayed here you wouldn't have a job. Other then that cheap rooms for a Disney world budget and all the other staff are very helpful so one bad apple is ok I guess the other front desk workers make up for ivys rudeness. Ivy alot of people don't have jobs and sleep on the streets you could be there too one day so be greatful for what you have.

You could hear noise upstairs if guests are loud or outside. Comfortable bed. Water runs clean. Cold A/C. TV convenient good volume. Easy check in and out. Didn’t have to pay convenience fees or very low to none. Cheap.
