Amazing!

This is a good, clean, large conference/business-oriented hotel very close to Warsaw's Central Station. The staff are very friendly and good, although we found the standard of service in the Verdant Bar area in particularly to be a bit hit and miss - the drinks menu is very wide, but the food ('bites') menu is somewhat limited. Unusual for an hotel such as this, a great point is that it offers a free self-laundry room as well as a charged laundry service.
The hotel is within walking distance of most of the sights, including the Old Town area. Overall, a very good hotel to stay at if visiting Warsaw.
Note: the hotel is only about eight minutes walk from the Central Station so, if arriving by train and the number of bags you have are manageable, there is no need to hail a taxi. Unfortunately, we didn't check the location of the hotel prior to arriving at the Central Station, so we hailed a taxi and were charged 100zl (around US$27.00) for a three minute taxi ride!

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Warsaw. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located. What made our experience especially memorable was the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference. We truly appreciated their kindness and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
