Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property.

Have stayed at the hotel many times but in the heatwave the air conditioning was broken.
We were only there for 2 nights and after 2 phone calls to reception and 3 trips to see them 2 engineers finally came up and fixed nothing. Really disappointed and have filed a complaint with Newport bay

I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous.
The pool area was a bit off putting.
Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard.
My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people).
The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks.
I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update.
If would also recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Our little one became unwell on the journey to France and the staff couldn’t have helped more, as soon as we got to the hotel the receptionist noticed he looked poorly and called a medic, who arrived within a few minutes, they helped call the doctor for us, provided a fridge in the room for his antibiotics and booked taxis for us. We couldn’t have been more grateful to them. They were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely caring and do as much as they can for the guests.
The hotel itself is lovely, it’s nice and spacious, the character meet and greets were regular, there was always someone there for the kids to have pictures with and say hello to. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
