Convenient for travel as close to the train station. Located on a very busy street which has trams running late into the evening, so can be quite noisy depending on the location of your room. Pleasant breakfast room with lots of choice. Staff member on reception gave us a voucher for a free welcome drink in the hotel bar but failed to mention that there was a private function on that evening meaning hotel guests couldn’t use the bar! Slightly embarrassing to be turned away and advised to go to their other hotel next door instead.

The breakfast was very good. There’s a very nice lobby where you can chill after breakfast or before you leave. The staffs are kind, friendly, and supportive.

Easy access across train station. Great room! Spacious, clean. Walking distance fromcity center.

Hotel is in a convenient location just across from the main central railway station and with a tram stop outside the hotel entrance, handy if you catch the tram direct from the airport. Check in was quick and very informative and Marco even took the time to book an excursion for us. We stayed for three nights in a “comfy room” (555) on the top floor of the hotel with great views across to the city, the room was clean with everything you require including a good shower and housekeeping was also very efficient. One thing that may bother others but it didn’t us was the slight noise from the trams outside. We paid for the breakfast and were impressed with the selection and quality offered, again the staff were very helpful and attentive. We would stay at this hotel again without hesitation if we were to visit Florence again.
