Easy to find. Great location. Staff was very helpful with our delayed flights and communicated promptly.

We liked the location of this hotel....outside of the very busy area of Venice but with lots of options for nice good restaurants on the side canals. The staff were very helpful and responsive.
The room itself was charming and very clean, but basic, being in an old building.

Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the young beautiful lady at the front desk was always helpful. Will def come back.

Cute place in a great location. A simple walk to the main shopping and dining areas but still a local feel. Close enough to St Marks but not so close that you get bombarded by tourists. The owners were super helpful. Be sure to use your mapping app and you'll find it. It would be difficult without it. If ever back in Venice, Ill book here again.
