Hotel Residence Europe & Spa

The staff are a bit rude especially at the reception. I had a problem with my booking and he was dismissive of my concern. Even though I ended up staying at the property, I wouldn’t recommend it to people.

Excellent location just outside the centre of Paris. The facilities were excellent, spa nice and clean, well maintained and peaceful. Breakfast was simple yet pleasant and plenty to satisfy you in the morning. bacon, egg, beans and toast hot, variety of hot drinks, a few pastry, breads, cheeses, ham, yogurt and nuts. Also fresh orange juice. Rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained. Staff ever so helpful from reception, waitress at breakfast and cleaning crew. Few lovely pizza places within 2/3 mins walk and and a supermarket 5mins away. Metro ins walk. Well worth staying here for a few nights visiting Paris.

Was a perfect beautifully kept Boutique style hotel in a nice quiet area of Clichy. Rooms are not Huge , But we were on 5th floor corner room great little view from our balcony. The staff were great and helpful. I would definitely recommend .

This hotel was AMAZING and I've already booked it again for March 2027 for my next event in Paris. First-time visitor to Paris & just randomly picked this hotel. Firstly, it's in Clichy, which is still close to the Metro but outside the brouhaha of the city. The neighborhood is delightful, walkable, safe... lovely. It's a bit far from CDG (~45m drive) but I'll take it. The hotel itself is lovely and is beautifully maintained. My flight arrived very early, and they let me drop off my luggage, and I stepped out into the city until check-in time. The staff was FANTASTIC and so helpful. My voltage converter didn't quite fit the socket so they gave me one to use. My flip-flops broke post-pool, and they gave me a spa pair to wear for the rest of my stay. The room was small and boutique, but as I was travelling solo, it was perfect for me. It was very clean. The windows open out into the street and you can people-watch any time of the day or night. Breakfast was an inexpensive add-on and was lovely. The gym/pool/sauna/hot tub area was wonderful as well. The only downside to the entire stay (and this is a small thing) is that you have to make a reservation to use the pool/gym 3 hours in advance and must be let in by front desk staff. I missed a much-needed hot tub session one night as I got back too late to reserve, but now I know for next time (and now you do, too!) I can't say enough good things about this place!
