the room is exactly what you would expect, the area of the hotel is amazing, old world charm, beautiful old room, very very nice.
unfortunately no elevator and no air conditioning
but fantastic windows that open onto the main square where you can listen to musicians playing in the background..
staff were extremely helpful

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the castle. The breakfast was excellent, you can order scramble eggs with bacon!!! There are restaurants within meters of the hotel. We barely saw anybody at the reception area. The room was small but the bed was comfy.

Our room was cute and clean. The window was facing the square, but it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious and there was fresh scrambled eggs on request. Somehow it was forgotten to refill hand soap in the bathroom, we then simply used the offered shower gel. A hairdryer was available on request. If you want to stay in Krakow for little money, you are definitely in the right place. Right in the Jewish Quarter / Kazmierz.

Room clean but very old and bed not at all comfortable. Room dark and bathroom basic. Noise from restaurants outside but it does stop around midnight. Breakfast was basic but good and served by very nice lady.
