Holiday Inn Express Dundee by IHG

Would stay here again!! Great location, rooms were clean and staff was nice

The location, room, service etc were all fine. However, the quality of the breakfast didn't quite live up to other positive aspects.

Room was good size and clean

This hotel clearly has history and character. While the room showed a few signs of age—such as a sticky bathroom door, a loose showerhead holder, and a lack of bedside outlets—the cleanliness was top-tier. It's obvious the housekeeping team works hard to keep everything spotless. The customer service was exceptional across the board. A special shoutout to Ajey, who gave us such a warm, welcoming check-in! Also, do not skip the breakfast: the berry juice, oats, and yogurt were absolute highlights. We would definitely stay here again.
