The reception staff were excellent as were the breakfast staff, good sized rooms, well kept and cleaned regularly. Water replaced in room regularly was a nice touch. The sky bar view of the Acropolis was great! Breakfast boxes for early departures were really good.
Whilst the view and food provided at the sky bar was good, the staff really didn't seem to have any direction or training. Confusion followed even the most simple tasks when ordering food or drinks. They just seemed distracted "busy doing nothing" It took forever to get your drinks even when it was quiet, sometimes only part of your order turning up, which was at times hilarious and at times very frustrating.

Staff was friendly and helpful , restaurant 180 we excellent.
There was a distinct smell in the stairwell, maybe some type of cleaning product. It was really strong and unpleasant.

The view from the rooftop bar was great, but didn’t see anything from our room. The shower was the best on our trip. The location is in a nicer area and close to public transport.
It was noisy with doors slamming throughout the night, the price paid is not worth what you get in the room. If a view of the acropolis from the room was visible then maybe. The breakfast was mediocre and the room felt dated.
