Staff were generally lovely throughout our stay. Thanks to Nathan who was very helpful on our arrival
No guest access to the pool between 10am and 6pm, this is very much not a spa resort as advertised. I appreciate the use of the pool as a local facility but the hotel write-up is very misleading.
There were different items missing on the food menu over the two days e.g. no pate, no seabass, no yoghurt etc. - too many to be ignored.
