Fantastic location overloading Belfast Lough with close proximity to pubs, restaurants and Bangor City. Great breakfast with many choices.

Loved it! Adorable room with a gorgeous view. Will definitely stay again.
More bottled water in the shared refrigerator would be nice.

Booked last minute. Very pleasant stay. Cairn Bay Lodge is beautiful, the town (city) is really lovely. I enjoy it all
I loved the furniture, antiques and quirky items. Facing the sea, what more can one ask for.
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Nice location overlooking Ballyholme bay, and within walking distance of high street shops. Good size car park at the rear of the property. Staff (especially Chris) were very friendly. Comfortable room.
Breakfast was nice, but not exceptional. The mushrooms and brown bread did not taste nice.
The sink in the en-suite has separate hot & cold taps. The temperature of the hot water was way too high.
Problem can be easily resolved by lowering the boiler temperature.
