Great customer service and an amazing breakfast every morning! I love this place and plan to stay there every time I visit my son in London

Property was good , room clean. Dislike no fridge and internet is not included in the room price. To add it was a few pounds a day. Price for room is a bit high , for a property not to have internet included, it takes away from the experience.

Hotel served its purpose but was let down by the breakfast.
Had to ask for cutlery and other essentials. Despite being at breakfast half n hour before closing time, we were not the last diners, no orange juice and when I went for hot chocolate the machine had been turned off (Sunday) also not working next morning.
Not worth paying the extra for breakfast here, better to eat out.
