Location was good for the Westfallenhallen- walking distance. Room was big and warm. Nice breakfast.
Waterbed super uncomfortable. Strange idea to begin with, to put a waterbed in a hotel (no info about that during booking). Remotes (for the bed) provided did not work and there was no instructions. Impossible to contact reception. We tried calling for a long time, and when finally someone picked up they were very rude (not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel). No room service on Sundays. Not worth the money.
