We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pamplona. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were modern and beautiful. There is also a nice café on site with a good variety of food and drink options. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pamplona.

Food is terrible there, smells in the lobby, got great service from a girl at checking from Bolivia, there was this skinny tall guy working very hard, while a Hispanic server at night discouraged us from eating which was better, we saved money. The manager apparently was there in the morning helping a young girl and the skinny tall guy serve breakfast. They were all nice. THANK YOU
