Hotel Raffaello

Brilliant location and our flight got in at 2 in the morning. Checking in even at this time was a breeze and I can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating.

It's a bit far from the center, we arrived late and traveled quite a bit by tram. The next day we had another flight and we thought about leaving our bags at the hotel, but because of the distance we took them with us, which wasn't very convenient when it's your first time in Milan and you want to see the center and grab a bite somewhere, but that's the life of a traveler. The breakfast was good for Italy, with options for a savory breakfast too. The coffee is good!Very clean!

What I didn’t like was the room they gave me, because that room wasn’t upgraded at all, like I had booked, and it wasn’t superior, there was no table and chairs inside. Just one chair at the desk and one by the window. Also, I didn’t like that they gave me a room for people with disabilities. The toilet wasn’t comfortable, the bathroom door closed weirdly. I definitely didn’t like the room. There was only one bottle of water, and we were two people.There was a problem with the water pressure in the toilet, the flush wouldn't work the first time. I just wasn't in the room I saw in the pictures.

Good standard hotel - breakfast and shower not great

breakfast was a bit basic, no hot water in shower - tepid first 2 nights and then asked for it to be fixed but still not hot. shame when room expensive

Plein de problème dans notre chambre: - WC qui coule sans s’arrêter - Téléviseur qui cesse de fonctionner - Coupure d’électricité dans la chambre la nuit. - Climatisation pas fonctionnel
