Quiet, chilled vibe. Lovely modern areas and rooms, all air conditioned. Good location, near beach and attractions. Cleaners friendly and attentive and their cleaning standard is exceptional. Evening entertainment 3 nights a week. Food quality and choices good for both breakfast and evening meal. Some exceptionally hard working, lovely staff.
Not all the staff are friendly. Some walk past without even a smile. Pool area small and cramped. When checking out, no feedback request or thanks for staying. Some of the made to order food items were undercooked, fried eggs and omelettes but depended on who the chef was. No room service.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and the food from the new food truck is delicious.

Spa and pool were quite nice.
Room was on a small size and the bathroom was with a bath, so not very pleasant. The cleaning everyday was a bit superficial for a four stars hotel standards and the food had a huge variety but a very poor quality. I would prefer less variety but higher quality. There was not enough healthy stuff to choose. Overall we had a nice stay but the standards of the hotel are not quite those of a four stars structure.
