I had an amazing experience! The staff truly made this trip unforgettable. A huge thank you to Marcelo, Maria, Alfredo, Santiago, Luc, and Angelica for their exceptional hospitality. Marcelo made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, especially at the swim-up bar! Santiago also kept the drinks flowing in the lobby and was fantastic. Luc gave an excellent premium tour, and Angelica made all of the pool activities so much fun. Everyone was incredibly kind, informative, and welcoming—they truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The resort had such a fun and social atmosphere that I met so many wonderful people from all over the world. It was easy to strike up conversations with guests from other hotels, and the party never stopped! I had the absolute best time and will definitely be back very, very soon. Thank you all for making this such an unforgettable vacation! Only downside is I didn’t get my pool pictures before I left. They gave us a free photo shoot and I wish I remembered to ask for them.

Andrea was the absolute BEST, she assisted with each part of my stay. She deserves a raise if we’re being honest. Additionally the rooms are top tier and it’s always activities going on to stay engaged. The food was on point? Shrimps, fish everything. One of the resorts I’ve visited this year with swims up bar in the pool and swim out pool from my room. Definitely will return.
