We had a wonderful stay! Even though we arrived a bit late, communication with the staff through WhatsApp was excellent and very helpful. The young lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was absolutely perfect — very close to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, and even the Accademia Gallery where the David is located. We were able to explore almost all of Florence walking from the hotel, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable.
Very comfortable stay and highly recommended!

We loved the location and the proximity to the city centre and the 'must sees'.

A very unique building. Room was clean and spacious.
The only issue with our stay was the location. The building is situated in the middle of a lively student district, which was loud, every night until the early hours. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep :(

What a wonderful place!! The room was gorgeous and comfortable with all the necessary amenities to feel safe. I would recommend staying on a higher floor as there is a bar near the ground floor rooms and sound got in very easily. Otherwise it was a great location with a room I looked forward to at the end of the night. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and secure
