Property is very spacious and clean however only one AC worked during the night in the bedrooms. It's very close and walkable to the La Spezia Central station. It is right besides the train lines, so it's not very quiet.

We are 9 in the family and we all fit comfortably in the place. The place was close to the main train station and easy to get in and out going to Cinque Terre. It was crowded but very accessible. We love it because we got to use the kitchen and tge washer. I would recommend the place with my friends. The staff is so friendly and easy to communicate.

Excellent property to stay, very close to train station as we don’t want to drive to Cinque Terre. Very friendly and helpful staffs too. Property is really nice. Well done :)

Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times.
Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good.
Would come back and definitely recommend.
