The Priory Hotel and Restaurant

Beautiful hotel, great location, immaculate and picturesque gardens. Rooms well decorated, clean, really can't complain about the aesthetics. Staff attentive. Breakfast choice very good and delicious. Our only complaint was the noise in the beer garden. The weather was really good, and so, attracted people (guests & non guests) to the beer garden. Music stopped playing at 1110, however, a number of people remained until approx 1am and were so loud, they (non guests) were asked by staff at 1220 to tone it down, they didn't. Another call made to reception and they finally left the garden at approx 1am. We're not party poppers, by an stretch, but it was too much - a simple policy to vacate that area at a certain time, would help going forward. We like to stay here, but will only come back if we knew that there was arestriction on noise levels after say 1130. Everything else 9 or 10/10.

Staff were wonderful!

Absolutely amazing. The staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing. It was faultless. Definitely would recommend

Stayed only the one night but everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Room was lovely and clean and evening dinner was exceptional. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
