Our stay at this property was exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations, with a full kitchen, dishes and pans. The room also had a washer, dryer and laundry soap. When visiting this property you do not need to bring anything other than your clothing. The view was amazing and the location is in walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and American Village. We were very satisfied with this property.

Nice apartment room with sufficient amenities. Saw many guests complaining the check-in process. Actually it was quite convenient if get used to the system. Did not have difficulties in check-in if pre-registration was completed before arrival. If have any difficulties, the staff would help via the pad’s camera.

This is one of the best places to stay in Chatan. The view is amazing especially on a Friday night when the fireworks are over American Village. The TV’s are huge as well. The room was very clean and well stocked. You can not go wrong staying here.
