Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family vacay for a week. Keystone was in shoulder season so not many things open and lifts were not running. The rental was great. Wonderful views from the living room. If we had cooked the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having extra blankets if we needed them and a box fan in the bedroom. The carpet is pretty worn but very clean. The only small issue was that the property maintenance company came to check the fire alarm and we heard someone put the code in at the front door. We got to the door before it was opened but it was a tiny bit unnerving. Glad we were all dressed! ;)

Shuttle stop maybe 100ft away, 5min shuttle ride to base of River-Run. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped with dishes/cookware/etc.Great spot for family and/or friends looking to hit the slopes.

Most of the published amenities were not available to us. We planned our stay around the guide book provided to us in advance. But one activity after another was a bust. And the local support team didn't seem to give a flying pinecone. Imagine driving to the pool with your children in swimsuits and towels for their birthday, only to discover we don't have access. It took 4 hours before I was notified that I would have to drive to the main office to pick up a key card for the pool. By that point, the entire afternoon was wasted, and I got ZERO empathy from the office team. Not even a whisper of an apology. Just, handed me the key card like, 'here you go.' Didn't bother to ask me how my stay was or if we needed anything else. I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Every single business in the village was closed except for one restaurant. The host team should be on top of this and keep the guest informed prior to their arrival. I reached out to ask if they had an updated list of businesses that would be open, and they told me to check Google. We checked Google. Everything was reported to be open. Again, a local nuance, there was a lack of transparency here. We would have had a grand 'ol time if we were provided the opportunity to properly prepare. But the host did a poor job of setting guest expectations and an even worse job of responding to our concerns
