Super cute condo in a perfect location just a block from shops, restaurants, a park, and the beach! Loved the closet that had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Indian Rock Beach and this property.It’s located a short walk to the beach on a quiet side street. There’s a very nice park just down the street with a playground, basketball courts, pickle ball courts and skate park. You are very close to a variety of restaurants and shops just a short walk away, so don’t really need a car.The property itself is updated and modern, There’s a small kitchen with oven, range and microwave, There’s one bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds.There’s a small family room with a couch and comfy chair and a Roku driven tv to stream whatever you like.I’d rate this a five but for two things -There is no fan in the bathroom so towels don’t dry and need to be hung outside the bathroom - there are plenty of pegs to do so.My biggest complaint is the 2 bedrooms do not have their own air conditioning so you are using a hotel style wall unit in the family room to cool the two bedrooms. The bedrooms both have strong ceiling fans but if you want to shut the door you won’t get the air conditioning into the rooms.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the location was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and taking in the sun.I think we’d choose another location in the future though due to the lack of bathroom fan and only one air conditioning unit for a 2 bedroom and one bathroom place.

We stayed over the 4th of July weekend. Great communication before check in. The inside was not up to OUR standards. We found a roach and the shower curtain was moldy. We also found some hair in a few places, kitchen countertop. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was sub par, barely enough to was the dishes. A new shower head would also be recommended. Most of the silverware and pots and pans were older. The kitchen cabinets, especially the microwave were higher than normal. There were also some lights that didn't work, or just needed bulbs. I would recommend a good deep clean of the bathroom.Now for the good stuff. Quiet, close to beach and places to eat.
