Condo was clean, ready and stocked with everything you would need.

There are a lot of places to choose in Treasure Island but for my family this was the best choice. Great sunset views!! No crowds, there is a public beach access a quarter mile away and you can see the difference. This quiet and very clean place was a wonderful place. Covered assigned parking spot, two full size showers, full kitchen and balcony was great. Had some beach supplies like chairs and umbrella. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend this location. Host was easy to get in contact with before during and after the trip. Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to grocery store, ice cream and a few restaurants. Quiet area of town and not crowded at all. Would stay there again in the future

Good value for a 2 bedroom condo on the beach. However, there were several things that dropped our rating. 1. Upon arrival, only 1 wine glass available - went to registration (Christopher) to help - he found 3 more for us.2. Broken remote on 1 TV - went to office for batteries, but had to go back and get a loaner remote.3. No towel rack on wall to hang bath towel. The repaired spackle has been painted over and showed- this should have been replaced with a new rack4. No chair for desk in master bedroom - had to use a chair from the dining room table5. Dining room chairs looked old and were uncomfortable6. All furniture was clean but old looking. Not a great space for 4 adults to talk.7. Dishwasher not working - we called and were offered repair the next day.8. Consider better chairs for patio - viewing the sunsets should be a priority here and those old rattan-like chairs were right at eye level of railing. Maybe bar stool height would be better. 9. Pool - way too small, view and location next to the parking garage .We skipped our visits to that wading pool.10. Overall, it reminded us of a clean but old Best Western hotel. When talking about what to do on Friday, we both said at the same time, lets just head home. There was nothing to keep us there. Orlando only 2 hours away.Friendly helpful folks at registration, nice to have a parking space, close to Tropicana field (we saw an exciting Rays game). Restaurants: Chill, Columbia, SeaDog, Tiki Bagels all very good.
